Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Olive Glo Bar, we want to make sure you always get the best experience, so we ask that you kindly respect our time and our other clients' time when it comes to cancellations and rescheduling. To cancel or reschedule: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service to the card on file. No Shows: If a client does not show up within the 10-minute window of their appointment time, the appointment will be considered a "no-show," and the session will be canceled. If you miss your appointment without giving prior notice, we will charge 100% of the service to the card on file. We understand that life happens, and we're here to help you find a new time if you need to reschedule! Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. Refund & Retouch Policy for Spray Tans: At Olive Glo Bar, we are committed to providing you with the best spray tanning experience. To ensure satisfaction, we’ve outlined our policy for refunds and retouches. Due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds on spray tans once the service has been completed. However, we want to ensure you're happy with your tan, and we are committed to resolving any concerns. Satisfaction Guarantee & Retouch Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your spray tan, we offer one complimentary retouch within 48 hours of your appointment. Retouches are offered only if the spray tan is still within the designated time frame (48 hours) and after an assessment of the issue. The following are excluded from retouch eligibility: -Issues resulting from improper aftercare (e.g., not following aftercare instructions such as avoiding water, sweating, or exfoliating too soon). -Skin reaction or discoloration due to allergies or sensitivity that was not disclosed at the time of the appointment. -Any service changes or alterations requested after the spray tan has been applied (e.g., changing the desired color or level of tan).
